SECTION 03Accounts & security
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep account credentials secure. Notify marketplace support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, manipulate reviews or use multiple accounts to obtain benefits you are not eligible for.
BCP may restrict accounts or transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, unlawful use or abuse, and explain the restriction where lawful and practical. Account restrictions do not remove valid refund rights or permit BCP to confiscate legitimate funds without a lawful basis.
SECTION 04Listings, documents & supplier claims
Review the selected variant, quantity, price, stock, chemical form and linked documentation before ordering. Product names, CAS references and technical summaries are reference information and do not authenticate an individual batch.
A linked Certificate of Analysis (COA) reports findings for its identified sample. Confirm the laboratory, batch, date and methods against the material supplied. A report or purity result does not establish sterility, clinical safety or suitability for your particular assay. Listings without supporting documents are not represented as independently tested.
Supplier approval is a marketplace onboarding decision, not regulatory certification. Published ratings reflect the reviews displayed; sponsored supplier sections and promoted cards are advertising placements, not analytical endorsements.
SECTION 05Orders, pricing & availability
Prices are displayed in USD unless expressly stated otherwise. Review the final order total, discount, account credit and shipping method before confirming. Shipping options and charges depend on the delivery address and supplier coverage.
Creating an unpaid order does not confirm payment or dispatch. Stock and price changes may affect a new order or a repeat purchase. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, support will coordinate an available remedy, including any refund required by law; a replacement is not imposed without your agreement.
Save your order number and confirmation. Supplier policies displayed at the time of purchase form part of the order terms and cannot remove mandatory legal rights.
SECTION 06Marketplace payments & order resolution
BCP handles on-platform marketplace payments through its payment and order-resolution process. Checkout supports the cryptocurrencies and account-balance options currently displayed. Bank wires and institutional purchase-order billing are not available through checkout.
Use only the asset, network, amount and receiving address assigned to the active payment session. Orders remain open until paid or cancelled. Do not reuse a closed address or send additional funds without checking with support. Network confirmations and provider availability affect detection time; a submitted transaction is not the same as credited payment.
Checkout does not provide smart-contract escrow or make a blockchain transfer reversible. Order-resolution procedures do not guarantee every claim will succeed. If you have a fulfilment issue, open an order-linked dispute before confirming receipt. Confirm receipt only after checking the delivery, because this can affect order settlement and referral reward eligibility.
Payments made directly to a supplier outside BCP are outside BCP marketplace payment protection. This exclusion does not remove rights you may have against the supplier or rights that applicable law requires BCP to honour.
SECTION 07Account funds, deposits & withdrawals
Account balance is used for marketplace purchases. The account activity list distinguishes deposited funds, promotional credit, reservations and other recorded adjustments. Funds reserved for orders or withdrawal requests are not available for another transaction while reserved.
A deposit becomes available after the required network verification and account crediting process completes. Blockchain speed varies; no fixed crediting time is guaranteed. If a deposit is missing or sent incorrectly, provide the transaction hash, network and payment-session details to support. Recovery may not be technically possible.
Eligible deposited funds and credited referral earnings may be spent or requested for withdrawal using supported options. First-order discount and other non-withdrawable promotions cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash. Review any displayed network, fee and amount before requesting a withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests may require ownership, security and fraud checks. Verify the destination address and network carefully. Once broadcast, a withdrawal generally cannot be cancelled; the ability to cancel a pending request depends on its processing status.
SECTION 08Delivery, customs & non-delivery
Suppliers arrange fulfilment using the shipping service selected for the order. Dispatch and transit estimates are separate and may be affected by carriers or customs. Suppliers must honour delivery commitments and applicable obligations concerning delays, cancellation and refunds.
Review the supplier's stated customs cover, shipping coverage and non-delivery terms. A reshipment or refund promise applies according to the terms offered for your order, subject to applicable law. Do not assume all suppliers provide identical customs protection or that all destinations are eligible.
Provide a complete deliverable address. Report missing, damaged, incorrect or disputed deliveries through the order page promptly, retaining packaging, photographs and tracking information. Do not confirm delivery solely because a carrier scan appears.
SECTION 09Support, cancellation & refunds
Use account support for general enquiries and an order-linked dispute for payment, product or fulfilment problems. Provide the order number, a clear explanation and relevant evidence. BCP may request supplier responses and additional records to assess an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation options depend on payment and fulfilment status. A request submitted after dispatch may require a return or another agreed remedy. Contact support if a payment was sent to a cancelled or expired session; cancellation of a session does not erase a valid payment claim.
An irreversible blockchain transfer does not mean that refunds are never available: an approved refund is a separate payment or account adjustment. Support will explain the method and amount before processing where applicable. Applicable refund rights take priority over conflicting marketplace or supplier policies.
SECTION 10Referral discounts & promotional credit
Referral discounts and first-order discount are subject to the eligibility and amounts shown in your account and checkout. Check the applied breakdown before paying; not every promotion can be combined or applied retrospectively.
Referral earnings are subject to qualifying payment, delivery confirmation and fraud review. Pending rewards are not withdrawable funds. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions may lead to reward reversal or adjustment; any adjustment should be recorded in account activity.
Self-referrals, duplicate-account referrals and arrangements designed to disguise the same buyer as multiple users are prohibited. Referral usernames must not impersonate BCP staff, administrators or another supplier. Available link changes and landing-page settings are shown in referral settings.
SECTION 11Seller responsibilities & public content
Sellers must provide accurate business and listing information, lawful products, current stock and prices, truthful testing claims and delivery terms they can fulfil. Sellers are responsible for rights to uploaded images, documents and other content.
Do not publish personal treatment advice, human-use instructions, deceptive claims, private customer information or fabricated reviews. BCP may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms. Verification labels must not be copied or misrepresented.
Reviews should reflect actual marketplace experience. Review eligibility is linked to qualifying orders; moderation must not be used to misrepresent customer feedback. Paid promotion does not exempt a seller from marketplace standards.
SECTION 12Privacy & communications
The Privacy Policy explains how account, order, delivery and support information is handled. Information necessary to fulfil an order may be shared with its supplier and relevant service providers. Avoid including sensitive information unrelated to the order in public reviews or messages.
Keep your email current so you can receive payment, shipment, security and support updates. Marketing preferences and legally required communications are handled separately.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a guarantee, refund right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Business purchases may also have statutory protections where the relevant law applies.
BCP does not promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee the accuracy of every third-party statement. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law. These terms do not disclaim responsibility for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The laws and mandatory protections applicable to a transaction depend on the parties and destination. These terms do not require you to surrender mandatory rights or access to courts or regulators available under applicable law.
